Welcome to the Get Your Barbecue On Membership operated by Kenneth Alexander dba Get Your Barbecue On (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our services.
By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

·       – You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate in the membership community.

·       – By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Membership Access

·       – Access to courses, community features, downloads, and exclusive content is granted with an active membership subscription.

·       – Your login credentials are personal to you. You may not share your account with others.

3. Payments & Billing

·       – Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis as selected at sign-up (monthly or annually).

·       – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

·       – We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments.

4. 30-Day Refund Policy

·       – If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase.

·       – Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ken@kenshardwoodbbq.com within the 30-day period.

·       – After 30 days, membership fees are non-refundable.

5. Content and Community Guidelines

·       – Members may upload photos, recipes, comments, and other content within the community space.

·       – By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the membership platform and related marketing.

·       – Content must be respectful, appropriate, and owned by the posting member.

·       – We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or membership access if posts violate our standards of respect, safety, or legality.

Prohibited Content Includes

·       – Copyrighted material you don’t have permission to share

·       – Hateful, abusive, or discriminatory language

·       – Spam, solicitation, or irrelevant promotional content

6. Food Safety Disclaimer

·       – We provide best practices for food preparation, handling, and event planning; however, members are responsible for their own food safety, cooking, and hosting practices.

·       – Always verify cooking temperatures, food handling procedures, and follow local health department guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

·       – All educational content, materials, videos, graphics, and guides remain the exclusive property of Get Your Barbecue On.

·       – You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any membership content outside the platform without written permission.

8. Modifications

·       – We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the membership platform at any time without notice.

·       – Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or within the platform.

9. Termination

·       – You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

·       – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if Terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

·       – Get Your Barbecue On and Kenneth Alexander are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the membership or use of our services.
